Dr. Stephen blank dmd
Dr. Stephen Blank has an undergraduate degree in Chemistry from Georgia State University and Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry. While obtaining a degree in Chemistry, he managed his own lab and had his research on fluorination published in various scientific journals. In addition to obtaining his doctorate of dental medicine, Dr. Blank has spent countless hours on continuing education courses ranging from implant placement to principles of esthetic restoration and holds memberships in the ADA, GDA and AGD. ​
Outside of work, Dr. Blank spends most of his time with his wife Lauren, and their four children, Betsy, Harvey, Susannah and David. He has served as a deacon at First Baptist Church of Bremen, where he and his family are members. In his free time, Dr. Blank enjoys cooking, traveling, college football and meteorology.

Dr. Avni Patel is a compassionate general dentist committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. A proud Georgia native from Bremen, she graduated from Bremen High School, earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Georgia, and completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine at A.T. Still University Missouri School of Dentistry & Oral Health.
Dr. Patel enjoys creating a comfortable, welcoming environment where patients feel confident in their care. She loves all aspects of general dentistry and helping patients improve their oral health and smiles. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Neil, family, and friends, as well as traveling.
